Refund & Returns Policy

At Surf Sentinels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return your dry snorkel within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and any promotional items received as part of a purchase are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support at sftech1423@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely, including the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the following address:Surf Sentinels

  • Step 4: Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the product price may apply to cover inspection and restocking expenses, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sftech1423@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sftech1423@gmail.com. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
